"Sins of the Mind" tells of a young middle class woman who sustains a head injury in an auto accident which results in compulsive sexual behavior. A trite and shallow drama with a soapy made-for-tv "feel", "Sins..." is not a sexploitation flick but rather focuses on the effects of the accident on the principal, her family and friends. The flick fails to develop the character prior to the accident so all we see is the result with nothing to compare it with. The collateral damage wears itself out quickly as this flick slowly sinks into a morass of all-in-the-family squabbles while little miss "bonkers" is doing every guy in town. A very forgettable drama which quickly turns into terminal boredom.
