I'm not sure whether it was the dubbed voices(including James Avery who did the voice for Shredder in Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles) or the ridiculously extreme violence but i laughed non stop throughout this film. Avoid like the plague if you're looking for a well animated, highly funded, quality anime but otherwise this is for you.
