"Hiway" is the scum from the bottom of the cable tv barrel. Telling of a couple of loser/druggie-type punks and their encounters while on a road trip, this flick is a par production which loses everything on story. One can only wonder if anyone read the script before taking on this project which is little more than a clutter of uninspired nonsense with a naive make-it-up-as-you-go feel. Pass on this junk flick.
