After viewing this two-part TV Movie, I was left with the impression that the 60's were filled with incidents of protesters having their heads bashed in by cops. It seemed to me that the producers wanted to portray the protest movement as completely innocent, something which I believe to be untrue. I watched the movie with the hope of seeing not only the impact of the world events, but also the impact of music on the 1960's culture. While the world events were covered, the music scene was severly ignored with the exception of Bob Dylan. Overall, this is one movie that I certainly would not spend money on, on video.
