Blown Away...

MGS2:Sons of Liberty is perhaps the best video game ever made!!! The plot, unforseen twists in story line, and action is unbelievable. It is a real thinking game, often thinking more than twice before you discharge your weapon. Which reminds me...the game is pressure sensitive! The harder you press a button, for example the weapon button, determines how the action is carried out. Like, if you lightly press the square button half way down, you can "Stick-up" the guards for their dog tags and ammo, press the button even further and you fire the weapon, or you could very easily let up on the button to keep the weapon from firing. It is interactive in so many levels, which makes it so great. The environment is also a factor. You get shot, you bleed, leaving a trail for guards to follow, if you were outside and it was raining (as it often is) the blood will wash away aiding in your escape. Also, if you stay out too long, you get a cold! You will eventually sneeze and attract guards. Next, the computer AI is mind blowing. Their reactions, the fact they check in with radios, and co-ordinate attacks is amazing...however they are still easily distracted by a girly mag or odd sound.

This game gets a A+...from story to character development to a new level of game play, it is the best game ever produced...my hat goes off to Hideo Kojimi and the entire MGS2 team.

Get this game and enjoy...you won't be disappointed
