No way, this is not my cup of tea. It doesn't get much worse than this.
Just the idea is really stupid, smoking weed -> getting smarter and so on. Perhaps this movie could be a little bit entertaining if you have a bad hang-over. My point is that this movie doesn't require any brain activity at all. I'll give it 2/10
