Dance Dance Revolution (1998 Video Game)
The Revolution Begins
3 July 2003
Throughout the years, video arcades bring on phenominal games like Mortal Kombat and Time Crisis. Those games come and go, but there's one that is big that it has become a secret cult among the entertainment world.

Dance Dance Revolution is probably the biggest game to hit video arcades since ever. The game involves a person or two dancing to a song by following arrows to step on. It takes months to master, even years, as only an elite group of gamers can conquer all the songs.

As one of those people, I've noticed how so many people will completely stop what they're doing just to watch experts do the hardest songs. The game is that good. Not everyone has enough talent to play Dance Dance Revolution, but they can still have fun just trying.

What it comes down to is how popular this game is and what an impact it has made in the world of arcades and video games. Some people spend their days and nights trying to master what only so few have done. But it's not about how good you are, it's about how much fun you are going to have when you try this game. I strongly recommend that when you see one of these machines, try it out. You never know how good you really are and you'll be strongly surprised at how fun this game is.

BOTTOM LINE: Non-stop entertainment. 9/10
