Review of Uncle Nino

Uncle Nino (2003)
1/10
Saw movie for Free (but over paid)
21 February 2005
We intended to go see another film, but hey: They were screening Uncle Nino for free, and Pierrino Mascarino (who plays the title character) was going to be there so why not go see it?

Man, was I ripped off. The makers of this film owe me two hours.

This movie was unholy bad. The scenes ran long. The dialog was ALL exposition. The character had half the depth of an inflatable kiddie pool.

And the screening, Pierrino Mascarino begged the slight audience to enlist their friends to fight the good fight for this kind of movie. If nobody come to see it, they won't make more movie like this. I sure hope Mr. Mascarino has a job lined up at a theme park somewhere, because this stinker is definitely not going to connect with any sort of audience. Not, I suspect, even people desperate for a feel good movie.

Yeck!
