Do all the people who were desperate for copies of the video etc above now know that four series are widely available on DVD?? Can only agree with what has already been written, as well as saying the whole Spike and Lynda thing (well mainly the Spike thing) was a major reference point when I was growing up, and I still think they are possibly the best screen couple and one of the best on-off/messed-up/semi-tragic love stories ever. When you rediscover the series, the plots seen MUCH iffier, the clothes and hair are just HORRENDOUS, but then you appreciate the writing even more, the jokes and put-downs and clever asides, and the acting (apart from Sarah)is exceptional for the genre and for TV in general. Sigh.
