After so many American movies where the bad ones are the "others", be it Germans, Russians, blacks, latinamericans, Chinese, japs, Afghans or Iraqis, it is refreshing to see a movie from the other side, full into the face of the ugly US-American! The film shows many situations we have heard about in the newspapers, albeit the story about chasing organs seems to be strongly exaggerated. Battle scenes are realistic and intense albeit separated by interminable, never ending dialogs. It is a pity the Americans are played by Turkish or Arab actors, or at least not typical American faces! Was it impossible to find enough big, blond, blue-eyed faces to play that part?
