What a trip down memory lane. Having grown up in the shadow of VNY, this was like a reunion with people and airplanes that helped to shape my life and career. So full of triumphs as well as tragedy's. Aviation gave us dreams to hold onto and paths to follow to a lifestyle so rich in adventure and excitement. So many dreamers with the passion to attempt the seemingly impossible only to succeed as well as fail. But the failures only seem to give purpose to another to continue to try. A day without going to the airport was not much of a day. Still isn't. But I'm the luckiest guy on earth. I've been able to do it nearly every day of my life since the age of 14. Thanks Brian for the memories. Thanks for putting the magic of flight up for all the world to see. If ONE airport is saved from the developers because someone saw this film and began to understand their importance to our world, then it was worth every cent and then some. Great job.
