I liked this show from the first time I watched it and there are very few sitcoms that I watch on a regular basis. I like all the characters except the brother Andy who is just plain annoying. I don't know who cast him in this role but with 2 beautiful sisters couldn't they have gotten somebody who was somewhat attractive?
And what Courtney Thorne Smith's character Cheryl ever saw in Jim is beyond me but it is a watchable and somewhat believable show. Jim is not that great of a father - he's more like those 1950 & 1960 fathers that supports the kids and that's about it.
Take out the laugh track and I'll give it an 8.
