Yes, do not listen to this person above for a single minute. This was the funniest episode of the 12 episodes of "The I.T. Crowd". I was roaring because it's built around the simple premise that Roy and Moss can't...well, watch and see. It's brilliant. Even small comments at the beginning, like Roy being Irish, pay off big time in the end. Huge laughs. Gigantic. Seek out this episode. Now if the Reviewer was complaining about the development in the second episode that caused a new, very annoying, and not particularly funny character to be introduced, I would whole-heartedly agree but this first episode of the second series was gold.
