I rented this and 'Across the Universe' the same night. This film was far superior. I'm still not sure how much of my positivity towards this film has to do with 'Mega Snake' being decent, and how much has to do with 'Across the Universe' being one of the worst films ever made.
First off, I didn't know why 'Feedback' was until after I'd seen this movie, and must say that the whole 'Feedback' cameo was pretty lame.
It's a bad movie, of course. You can't rent a movie about a giant snake and expect profound revelations about the human condition. I assume anyone who rents this is looking for a movie to laugh at. In this, it delivers. Every possible cliché is employed. The acting is atrocious. The CGI is mediocre. There are plot holes a-plenty.
You'll get exactly what you expect. No less, no more.
