Kind of (almost) works in a way that defies the illogic of the plot line
28 May 2009
Warning: Spoilers
Young engineering grad who has just been made a partner in her fathers demolition firm goes to the begin destruction of a notorious building where 16 people were entombed. The prison like building sits in the middle of nowhere with only the care taker and her son in the building. Of course strange things begin to happen as secrets are revealed and the life of our heroine is put in jeopardy.

Creepy movie kind of works if you can manage to over look the numerous illogical twists, beginning with who in their right (or wrong) mind would build a nightmare like the main location in the middle of nowhere? Every other twist turn and step is full of questions as well. Its a mess plot-wise. And yet the film almost works, there is something about the illogic and the look of the film that creates a mood that almost overcomes the plot's short comings. Worth a look if you can catch this on cable since there is a chance this might click with you. It kind of almost clicked with me.
