Not Funny and Badly Acted.
Anyone who thinks this film works because it highlights the nationalism of Japan is living in the past themselves. The film is full of absurd racist comment trying to show up a state of mind but just comes across as offensive.
The acting by nearly all the cast is appalling. Some of which is done on purpose admittedly however I had to stop watching half way through just to have a break from one of the dullest, useless films I have watched for a long time.
I would suggest anyone even tempted by this film should have a back up choice otherwise they might have a very spoilt evenings of entertainment.
