It's amusing in its own raunchy way. All the episodes are. But in this one the humor seems knee-capped by the writers' being unable to come up with much more than one gag, then having to fill in the rest of the running time with an extremely atypical Al.
It's Labor Day weekend and Al is going to make his famous burgers on the back yard grill. He invites neighbors Marcy and Steve and asks them to bring all the ingredients.
Al's perfect burgers depend on his never changing the ashes from year to year, but Peggy accidentally dumps them and sends the kids out to steal ashes from the grill of any of their neighbors. The kids don't know what the ashes are for, so they steal the urn containing the cremated remains of Marcy's Aunt Toonie.
All agree that the burgers are unusually good. The payoff is when Kelly realizes that the ashes are Aunt Toonie's and the word is passed in whispers from ear to ear, with everyone doing spit takes. It's amusing but it was a long time coming.
The B story has Al being turned on while watching Peggy bent over the picnic table and then repeatedly dragging her away for satisfaction, finally leaving her exhausted and in tears -- if you can believe that.
