plot holes ? If Peter never existed, there shouldn't be a portal between the two universes. I read reviews and comments pointing them out but I don't think there're plot holes. The whole point of season 4 should be to explain why there's still amber in the other side for instance. Moreover we have to consider that in the pilot the Observers mentioned Peter was leaking.
