I knew this show would be targeting the young women demo, so keeping this in mind, this show would be better suited for ABC Family instead of prime time network. It sort of reminds me of Privileged (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1197567/) The show is cute, the voice overs(which make the show remotely funny) and acting are OK. The plot and the story is just so ridiculous that I don't think it will stay fresh very long.
The 3 main things that happen in the pilot are 1. Everyone in this town is superficial with the exception of the neighbor that goes to her school. 2. The girl gets her first "feminine" bra. 3. All the women have large breast and hit on her dad.
My overall impression is it's alright for a few laughs, but I won't be using any space on my DVR.
