On "In my time of dying" Spirit Dean angry with John tells him how much he sacrificed for his family and how much he had given, Yet that didn't prevent him from doing more and more sacrifices. But deep down he is scared especially after Ruby told him what is coming for him in Hell and that he can't be saved. And now with Sam finally acknowledging he can't save him, fear strikes him even harder. On this episode Dean is left facing his biggest fear. Jensen Ackles amazes the audience with a brilliant double performance with Dean finally admitting that he didn't deserve to go to Hell, and I bet you will rewind this so many times.

Dean finds drunk Sam in a bar, Sam confesses to him that he can't save him and that no body can save Dean as Dean himself doesn't want to be saved. They get a call from a hospital where Bobby is in a coma and the doctors can't seem to know what happened to him. The boys investigate it to know later that Bobby was working on a case where a college professor died after getting in a coma the same as Bobby. The professor was working on some king of herb used for Dream walking. With the help of Bella the boys get the herb and use it to Dream walk in bobby's head to save him. But later they discover that Dean is in danger of having the same fate.

It is always good to have Bobby on the show. Coming to know more about his background, we find out that he once had a wife who was possessed and he had to kill her before he became a hunter. Dean's concerned look when he was by Bobby's bed in the hospital and his speech to Bobby in the dream reveals that this man is more than just a friend of his father but more of a family member, a father, to him.

The fantasy dream Sam had on Bella was hilarious and so was his reaction to her when she walked into their motel room. But for some reason I really can't imagine a Sam/Bella affair, it just doesn't seem right, A Dean/Bella affair is more logical, though he will probably kill her since she made a fool of him for like the millionth time.

Caffinated Dean was funny, but peeking inside his head was a treat. It's nice to know that the guy is actually dreaming of a normal life someday and that Lisa is the one who holds a special place in his heart. And Sam's dream vs. Dean's, I like Dean's more, which is amazing since Dean was the playboy while Sam was the one-woman man for all we know.

Will the boys get the colt back? Is Sam's physic power resurfacing? Will Dean ever going to be saved?
