Husbands (2011–2013)

If you like intelligent comedy, you will love Husbands!

Warning: Spoilers
I adore this witty, smart, thought-provoking series! There are more laughs in each 2-minute segment of Husbands than in some entire 30-minute sitcoms on TV. I've watched each episode quite a few times and find myself grinning in anticipation of certain lines: "But you have a mascara wand and a taco chip." "Indeed." "I dare you to raise an eyebrow, Botox Boy!" "A dungeon!" "It also once got me a tattoo that says 'More cowbell.'" "Patri-are you kidding me?!!"

There are also moments of sweetness and poignancy. When Brady complains about the hell he went through to come out, and Cheeks retorts, "A few people have said some not-nice things about you for a year? Try everyday since I was twelve years old!" we get a glimpse of the sad little boy beneath the flippant exterior. We also see touching moments as Cheeks and Brady begin to realize that their marriage just might work because they love each other. Surprise!

I can't wait to find out what happens in season two. Will we learn Cheeks's real name? Cliffhanger!
