A Fun Banksy Parody,
21 December 2012
Exit Through the Kwik E Mart is a great Simpsons episode with a well written storyline and plenty of very funny scenes. It's an enjoyable episode that serves as a fun parody to artist Banksy, there have been references to Bart's interest in graffiti before, but here we get to see it fully explored, and there are some interesting pieces shown throughout. The weakest part of the episode would have to be the side story, if you can even call it a story, it's just a few scenes of Apu struggling with his store after a new market opens up, it felt pointless, should have just stuck with the main story. I also have to mention this episodes parody of the Game of Thrones opening, I'm a big fan of both shows so it was a huge delight to watch this, easily one of the best couch gags in the show's history, very well animated and creative. Definitely has flaws in storytelling, but Exit Through the Kwik E Mart is a very enjoyable Simpsons episode.

After Homer gives Bart a harsh punishment, he spreads graffit of Homer around the town, he soon becomes a well known secret artist.
