Although this classic German film was made under Nazi control U.f.a. it was shot in Nazi free, at that time Vienna ,or , it seems to look that way.Hansi Niese ,plays Henrietta who owns a gift shop in Vienna.She has two daughters.One Gerti, who's single, and the other one Leonie,played by Dagny Servaes,who is Married to business men,played by Hans Moser,whom is not paying attention to Leonie.So she's having an affair with Count Marenzi,played by Gustav Waldau.Henrietta and Gerti knows this.Gerti,played by Nagy is determine to stop her sister from making a mistake before Anton,Moser, finds out. This is when Gerti ,Kathy, accidentally meets the Counts son,played by Willy Fritsch.She's mistaken to believe that he's the one that her sister Leonie ,is having an affair with.This is when Gerti takes steps to prevent the Alleged Count from taking a trip with her sister.Adele Sandrock,plays the Aunt of the count,the older one.There's a scene in which the Aunt goes to a fur coat store and tries a coat on and is accuse of being the fake version of the countess,played by Dagny ,for not paying for the coat,that earlier in the film when Dagny is trying the coat on and buys it,she calls the older count to have it charged,which he forgets.It has a surprised ending.As with other film they did years earlier ,both Kathy And Fritsch ,Her grace commands,this has also confused identity situation too.It was surprising that it id not coast Lillian Harvey ,since she and Fritsch did a lot of films together,but, it's excellent German comedy directed by Reihhold Schunzel before he fled Germany. 06/05/13
