Supernatural running out of ideas for season nine. Supernatural's season nine premiere episode "I Think I'm Gonna Like It Here" outlined season nine's new sub-stories: Sam is dying, again, and Dean gets an angel to help save Sam. Another Dean's hidden secret storyline. Cassitiel loses his powers again. Crowley is locked in Dean's trunk which is a new storyline. Sam and Dean must battle new problems from last season which is the same as every other season. Even if most of the sub-stories are retreaded, the directing and acting still makes for entertaining television. I give the season premiere an eight out of ten.
