Is it just me or has Glee really gone down hill?
This episode was O.K but there was one bit that just keeps nagging at me. When the Katy's had to perform a Gaga song Marley was supposed to dress in a sea shell bikini. However when she came on stage she was clearly dressed as Katy. Of course Mr Shue read her the riot act and suspended her for the rest of the week for not doing the assignment. Even though Marley insisted that she didn't feel comfortable walking around half naked Mr Shue didn't seem to care.
Hang on a second isn't glee supposed to be all about accepting each other and don't they often preach the fact that know one should force you to do something you don't want to do. Also isn't Marley supposed to be recovering from a serious eating disorder? Maybe just maybe this girl didn't want to parade half naked because she has serious body issues? Of course like most story lines that seem to be Forgotten the writer probably didn't take this into account.
