An Amazing, Refreshing Spin on Talk Shows!
2 May 2014
"The Real" is as "real" as it gets!

What strikes me about this talk show is that it's not afraid to get down and dirty on the nation's most pressing issues, but also zeroes in on topics that affect minorities, too -- something that currently talk shows like "The Talk" or "The View" don't do.

Adding to the icing on the cake, each member has a relatable quality to them -- almost like they're you're next-door neighbor or colleague at work.

Adrienne Bailon, Tamara Mowry, Loni Love, Tamar Braxton, and Jeannie Mai all couldn't host a (successful) show individually, but together, they are the recipe for gold!

Bailon, the sizzling Latina can be a bit loud and overpowering sometimes, but let's be real -- we all secretly love shouting "shut up already!" at the TV.

Loni Love has no filter -- which is sometimes a good thing...sometimes a bad thing. But she's a great moderator and knows how to settle down heated debates with a good ol' joke.

Tamara Mowry is most traditional out of the five ladies and the other four women seem to bully her for being a prude. But I find Mowry to be charming and possibly the loveliest out of the four. She's very well grounded, however because of her sheltered background, she's a bit "out of the loop."

Tamar. She's effortlessly hilarious with her sass. She's the cherry on top.

I highly recommend this show.
