What I liked is how they kept on showing what people should have said and the mistake that they made by saying something else in reality. Now I really wonder what they will be doing with this house that they found out that it is near a sewer plant.
The story about Barney using other houses to get women and then disappear was very Barney. Well, in his worst self of course. Can't really think of any big jokes from that part of the episode. Well, it was not a very funny episode. Of course there is a laughter here and there but for the most part it is just an episode that seems to be here to lead us towards future events.
