Review of Crashing

Crashing (2016)
A pointless comedy which tries to shock you with its vulgarity.

Crashing seems like a pointless comedy. There is an obvious effort to shock with vulgarity with lots of "I'm full of semen" and vaginas and "I'll go down on you" from the first 2 minutes. Also you get to hear the word "Anal" a few dozen times literally and metaphorically.

The actors are unsympathetic and you also get the 2 main (not-so-attractive big noses and chins) actresses to look alike like sisters, not by coincidence but also as a plot element. You see, there is supposed to be an unfulfilled romance too. The (also regular and unsympathetic) main actor he is engaged with a woman who resembles his childhood's friend.

The dialogs are mostly bad. The situations unfunny (unless you consider a prank where someone is putting his hand into a toilet, funny). And the whole premise seems pointless.

There are a lot of main characters in this (people who are living in an abandoned hospital, the "H" is stylized in the title crasHing too). It seems like the creator, who also stars in this, believes that she can pull out more little stories for the future episodes, that way. Good for her, I highly doubt that there are too many episodes left for this series...
