Oh dear....

"ACA" is one of Australia's great comedies.

Where else can you tune in and get a daily dose of dodgy fridge repairmen, housos destroying housing commission property, white trash spewing vile hatred at each other, ads for the latest fad diet, celebrity suck-up pieces (usually when the celebrity is promoting their new album / film / perfume / whatever) and Brady Halls chasing yet another clueless crim (who are so stupid / broke they can't even get their faces pixelated) down the street while asking questions over-dubbed in the edit suite.

Tracy Grimshaw gets a special mention for reading this s h i t off the auto-cue while looking genuinely concerned and without out cracking up in laughter.

They have picked at the marginalized in our society and when SBS produced the excellent "Struggle Street" doco, they couldn't believe it wouldn't be an ACA hatchet job (which it wasn't). Yes, they have picked at the scab of racism and every other "ism" for that matter; and yes, some people believe them in a literal sense (?) If you have time, switch over to ACA to see what the housos are up to and who Brady Halls is chasing down the street tonight... I guess it's a bit like a traffic accident.. you know you shouldn't look but you can't turn away...
