Poor widdle Flynn. Now, we know his motivation. Rittenhouse has offed his family. Did they off Wyatt's wife? Did they remove Lucy's sister, and make her mother well again? Are these alternate realities? We know that they are threatening poor Rufus regarding his beautiful home and family.
I read that they are bankrolling Mason Industries, so ol' Connor is also at their beck and call. So, also, it looks like, is the goon who happens to be Lucy's father.
Observations:
Rufus has a dog's name. He deserves better than that. Slave days were over with a long time ago. His character is a third wheel, only getting secondary or tertiary background conversations. Lucy and Wyatt are the main honchos.
Rufus is the genius engineer of the group. He pilots the timeship. Did he also invent it? He is way too important, but he gets crappy lines and parts in the episodes.
Kanye was great for him to dream up, but ol' bro in 1972 thought that Rufus made up that name. Also, Miller Lite was a big faux pas because apparently it had not been invented yet.
More observations:
1972 clothes crappy. Creepy scary. Old car(s) interesting. Doc a person, not a document.
I didn't see the crew suit up before the trip. They just got into the timeship, dressed in their 1972 duds.
