This is not the worst film I've seen, but it's close. Robert Picardo has a small role, bringing something interesting to an otherwise disappointing film. There is no demonstrable talent in the acting, direction, photography, lighting or writing. It sounds like an interesting proposition and may have been better in different hands. In this case the characters are unsympathetic and the situation soon ridiculous. If you're reading this having seen it already, I sympathise. If you haven't then I urge you to keep looking.
