Supernatural: Patience (2017)
Season 13, Episode 3
6/10
Dean's behavior - completely out of character.

Warning: Spoilers
The episode started out good. Bringing Missouri back was a nice touch, until the all so typical "randomly killing off characters for no reason" started again. Another desperate attempt to keep the viewers on edge which has always failed immensely on the show, but for some reason, the writers keep doing it. Spoiler alert: everyone is sick of it at this point.

Besides that, the episode was okay. The story continued with Missouri's psychic granddaughter, which was quite interesting and thrilling to watch. I liked her. It was nice to have Jody back as well, Kim Rhodes is an excellent actress (not sure how to feel about the whole Wayward Daughters idea though).

I really like Sam and Jack's relationship. I'm glad that Jack didn't just go batshit crazy and that he has Sam helping him now. Sam knows what it's like to be "the monster" and to not know how to channel his powers the right way. Jack is struggling and I'm really looking forward to seeing his development this season. Just .... please don't mess it up by making Dean be the one who's going batshit crazy and scaring Jack away with his super untypical behavior against Jack. I'm actually kinda glad that Sam finally confronted Dean about this. It makes absolutely no sense! We've seen Dean change his views against monsters a hundred years ago when he met Benny. Are we really just going to ignore his character development? Who is responsible for writing Dean's lines? I'm gonna be honest, Dean is really starting to get on my nerves.
