When you're trying to tell two or three stories per episode not all of them are going to be great, and this episode proves that.
The Caroline story is OK, and allows for us to learn more about her background etc, but it's not overly funny.
The Annie and her Mother (and a rebounding 5 dollar bill) story is better, with Amy Pietz on top form as ever, but the Richard/Del story isn't that special either.
A mixed episode overall.
