The film opens with an usual background of the world in turmoil over "religion and land" with riots and marshal law being declared everywhere but Boston, where a mayor is killed. Then we jump 10 years later into a police drama where 2 cops go up against Boston's top drug dealer who controls the new mayor. Add a sister and a mayor's assistant and you have the story.
I am not sure what the opening world situation had anything to do with the film. The acting and dialogue hit bottom from the start. The cinematography was bad. Even the few fight scenes were a joke. The film is worth a punch on the hacker's card if you can make it all the way through it.
