Mannix attends his HS reunion in a deserted "ghost town". Mannix' HS football teammates, well 4 teammates & 2 of their wives are the only people attending this HS reunion. Mannix has no idea it's a reunion because his invitation was a phony telegram from a "Mr Webster" about a case & someone shoots at him as he arrives as a practical joke. His former teammates had duped him because they felt he would not attend a HS reunion. If that's not strange enough, the remaining 54 minutes of the episode will have you thinking, "Were the writers on mind altering drugs when they created this script?". I've seen many Mannix episodes & this easily is the worst in the series so far.
