This excellent climax of season 1 has Chief Brenda who started the season as the new one on a special force on trial for her job. It is not an easy survival task to be doing as the same time as she is working on a new case.
Brenda has ruffled someone with her brash personality and internal affairs is after her with an nameless, faceless acuser. She has made her share of enemies in rhe department since she arrived. Now is where we found out who are her friends in the department to help her, and whose not.
The tale is well written and well acted. Chief Brenda has made this role hers and even though she rubs lots of people the wrong way, she has growing respect from her team and her commander. The question here is does she have enough to make it through, and will she be able to still effectively lead when the results are in? The other question is can she snack on enough Ho Ho's to ruin her figure while easing her stress?
