This episode was drenched with lazy writing and clichés. The premonitions we see at the end gets repeated once again just before they happen, 20 seconds later, I know some may have a poor short term memory, but please have some faith in the audience - we know what is going on.
Sam's emotional talk with Dean at the end about the nephilem is great though, and it is always cool when they revist old characters.
Get back on the horse, the monster-of-the-week episodes has to be better than this.
