Pedro rojas is a young cop trying to make a difference. the odds are against him, of course, but that doesn't stop him. low budget, bare minimum everything help to make this a must see. stick with it and you will be rewarded with a darn good movie. 8 may seem high, but sometimes movies need a boost.
