The give away was the norfolk island pines growing outdoors on joe's ranch in the bitterroot valley, montana ... these trees cannot exist outside in freezing temperatures ... i think the writers need a lot of explosive action, ie; misses or near misses to extend the fight scenes ... highly trained operators like the navy seals seldom miss what they are aiming at as well as maximum cover and concealment rather than a junkyard dog fight out in the open ... also, the federal prison security seems rather more lax than would be expected in real life .... so this whole episode was plain fiction from start to finish
