The plot to this episode sounds beyond stupid and could easily have been the worst episode of Batman Beyond, but even though it is super silly it manages to play it in the most entertaining way.
This school project in the subject family studies requires pairs of students at Terry's high school take care of a baby for some time. Terry gets a slacker partner and therefore he must bring the eggbaby with him on his patrols as Batman.
It is hilarious to see how he joggles that responsibility while also fighting these admittedly forgettable badguys who wants to steel jewelry because of some family business. The writers really went all out with the family theme.
But we also get some funny lines from Bruce when seeing Terry taking the eggbaby with him. And the other students also have their funny moments. Yes, the absurdity is what makes this admittedly silly episode memorable, because it really isn't very much Batman.
