It gets two stars for the scenery. The script was cliched, the acting apart from the Mick Evans character left much to be desired. The cops were dumb taking long enough to realise all victims had insulin in their blood and the lead cop who witnessed and chased the masked murderer who was obviously tall and thin immediately decided that the murderer was his suspect who was a totally different body shape! The ending on the clifftop was ludicrous and laughable.
So, with the 'overacting', the script and the plot, I would not recommend it.
