Makes total sense but the guy who directed Cowboy Bebop and Samurai Champloo directed this movie. The colors are rich and vibrant, and the animation is crisp and very imaginative, just as imaginative as Studio Ghibli.
Please do yourself a favor and go see this movie, or even just straight out buy it. It is worth the money and your time.
