I believe Warren is innocent, this episode demonstrates how justice sometimes condemn the innocent. All the the evidence were purely circumstantial.
And I really find it odd why Warren wasn't even given a chance for his case to be re-opened even though more evidence were generated highlighting reasonable doubt.
She committed suicide, plain and simple.
