The performances were moving and that alone may be able to make you sit through the movie. Nothing wrong with watching a movie just to enjoy the good and bad moments with the characters. I loved watching Timothy Green as he slowly adapts to the fact that he is suddenly a child in this world and watching the parents have so much excitement and anxiousness in having a child.
When it comes to morals, the overall moral from the story can be a bit odd given that they were not really in a realistic situation. But the film had a lot of "episodes" or events and each one had a really good lesson to teach.
But parents, please. Please stop treating your children as trophies.
