Characters? Lol. The only character moments are terrible attempts of portraying romance, but not even close to be close to the level of Mask of the Phantasm. It was all simple, cheesy and boring.
Villains: They literally say things like "we are in the conquering the world business" or something like "why wouldn't they just allow me to dominate them all".
