Christmas Who is Spongebob Squarepant's first Christmas special, the other Christmas special is, It's a Spongebob Christmas, which I'm going to review later. Anyways this is a great special, It starts with Patchy the Pirate preparing for Christmas, and crazy shenanigans happen when Potty the Parrot comes. I thought the Patchy the Pirate Segment was funny like when Potty ate all the Cookie dough.
Now I'm looking at the Spongebob special itself. It starts with Spongebob learning about Christmas from Sandy, and he tells his friends about it. Everyone is excited except for Squidward, then they all prepare for the holiday, only for them to be dissapointed that Santa didn't come. When Squidward recieves a gift from Spongebob, he feels thankful enough, that he dresses up like Santa Claus, and he ends up giving gifts to the Bikini Bottomites.
The reason why I think this is a great special is, because it is funny like with the Bikini Bottomites preparing for the holidays, and when a donkey appears when Squidward was mocking Spongebob. Also it has a great song showing how the Bikini Bottomites are preparing the holiday. Lastly this special is also heartwarming, even after Squidward mocks Spongebob about believing in Christmas and Santa Claus, Spongebob still gives him a present, a clarinet. Squidward feels bad about himself that he decides to become Santa Claus, this was great development for Squidward. Overall I will give this Christmas special a 10 out of 10. Merry Christmas everyone.
