Only one episode so far.
I am a nurse. Worked E.R. for years. There is a lot of things that are not accurate. More that once I tought "It doesn't work that way!" If you want to watch a TV show with medical accuracy or the right portrayal of a scope of pratice, walk away. But hey, the characters are likable. Reminds me of other series like The Night Shift or Code Black. If you enjoyed those, you will love Nurses!
