This film is a deeply beautuful look at true love and integrity. Few films can bring a tear to my eyes - but this does. Not in a hollywood/Mills & Boon way, but it a true story that is never for one second overacted.
It is also worth watching for anybody who wants to know about Indonesia. I have been there several times but I certainly learned some modern history worth knowing.
There were a couple of bits of editing that were not quite right, but everything else was so perfect, it really did not matter. Enjoy!
