For the most part, the film has decent direction. The shots where zombies were motion-tracked and centred were very interesting, and although I can't say I'm the very familiar with grindhouse and horror it stood out to me as fairly unique and unusual. Something else that I found interesting was that, despite the title, the male gaze doesn't rest on the woman at all - she isn't sexualised in the slightest. That might be a (literal) turn-off for some, but I was pleasantly shocked by it
While I have some gripes with the movie, such as the contrived method in which she loses her dress (why not just have her naked from the start, or have it clawed off by the undead?), and it's not a masterpiece by any stretch, it's a fun 20 minute viewing with good special effects that's probably worth checking out if you're a fan of horror stuff and you have a spare half hour.
