- The music heard in the very first level with Stan Lee narrating.
- The thugs at the bank.
- Saving the hostages.
- Putting the bomb in the safe room.
- The TV screen showing Spider-Man (the player) with static.
- The web cartridges.
- The health restore cartridges.
- Spider-Man shown on the right side of the screen during the end credits.
- Kid mode.
- Reading the comics before each level session starts.
